Heather Monachese
Operations Manager
Heather is our Operations Manager and as such she works in all aspects of Mark’s business and has done so since June 2003. She has extensive experience with life and disability insurance and assists all clients through the underwriting process. Heather also oversees our business development, finance, and compliance operations.
A Florida native, Heather was born and raised in Bradenton and moved to Tampa in 2000 to attend the University of South Florida where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. Today Heather is a proud Bucs & Bulls fan and local sports enthusiast. Outside of work, she and her husband Scott are enjoying life with their two children: Owen & Avery.
